Safari Plans

Safari is defined as an organised expedition to observe wild animals in their natural habitat.
We are going to do a Safari while visiting South Africa.

The ship has a 2 night, 3 day stopover in Cape Town. We will take advantage of this time and fly out of Cape Town  on the 2nd day, the 5th of February to Port Elizabeth to do a 3 night Safari. We have chosen Quatermain's 1920's Safari Camp in Amakhala Game Reserve. We will rejoin the ship in Port Elizabeth on 8th February. www.quatermainscamp.co.za

Airline tickets with South African Airways to PE were purchased online with Expedia.
Accommodation at Amakhala was purchased online via East Cape Tours in Port Elizabeth this includes transfer from airport to the Camp. Princess has now granted our request to spend the 3 nights away from the ship.
